Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering customized real estate solutions that align with each client’s financial objectives
- Actively source and engage new clients within high-net-worth and affluent market segments, focusing on residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
- Provide clients with market insights, supporting them in making informed investment decisions
- Represent clients during negotiations, ensuring smooth transactions and achieving optimal outcomes
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support to foster long-term trust and success
- Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate trends, using this knowledge to provide current and strategic advice.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or investment advisory
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and global investment landscape
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resilient, and prepared for a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
