Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted investment advisor, helping clients make informed decisions on off-plan properties.
- Engage proactively with leads generated from marketing campaigns, providing personalized follow-ups and guidance.
- Showcase properties, highlighting unique benefits and potential returns to prospective buyers.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring effective lead qualification and engagement.
- Conduct property viewings, delivering a seamless client experience from introduction to close.
- Negotiate and finalize transactions with transparency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend developer project launches, staying current on market trends and enhancing campaign outcomes to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Strong sales background with a proactive, 'go-getter' attitude and a passion for success.
- A resilient mindset prepared for the fast-paced real estate market.
- Individuals must be upbeat, positive, punctual, and ready for a challenge.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English; multilingualism is a plus.
