Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging content for social media, email marketing, blog posts, and ad campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of trends, gather insights on competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in the real estate market.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Baytify’s social media presence through regular posting, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing performance reports and optimizing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, including open houses, trade shows, and promotional gatherings.
- Budget Management: Contribute to budget planning and ensure efficient use of resources for all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
