In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the secondary market for selling and leasing properties in Dubai. Your expertise will be key in building and nurturing client relationships, understanding market trends, and providing tailored investment advice. You will leverage our innovative CRM tools and marketing strategies to ensure successful transactions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Work from Your Comfort Zone:

- Conduct outbound calls to sellers and landlords to build relationships and facilitate transactions.
- Arrange market appraisals and coordinate property visuals for effective marketing.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art CRM for managing and promoting property listings.
- Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants, providing timely and professional responses.
- Qualify clients and conduct property viewings, showcasing the unique features of each property.
- Negotiate deals between parties to ensure successful transactions.
- Expect to spend considerable time engaging with clients throughout Dubai, exploring new opportunities.

- Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English; multilingualism is an advantage.
