Residency Program Overview
The Greece Residency by Investment program was instituted by the government in 2013, providing applicants with a five-year residency that can be renewed every five years. Notably, the program offers a streamlined residency route without any stay requirements. Eligibility for this program includes being at least 18 years old, in good health, and having a clean criminal record. Moreover, applicants are mandated to engage in a real estate investment, which can involve a purchase, lease, or timeshare arrangement.

Your eligible dependents include your, parents, spouse and adult children under 21 years of age, whether biological or adopted (Parents and children older than 18 must be dependent on the main applicant).

Time frame & Legalities
The anticipated duration for the application process is approximately 6 months, with the initial document collection stage varying based on the applicant's efficiency. Our team facilitates this process, providing samples and best practice advice. The review stage aligns with the Government's schedule, subject to external factors beyond our control as authorized agents. Throughout the entire process, We collaborates closely with the Government, striving to ensure the quickest and smoothest experience for the applicant.
On April 18, 2013, Greece introduced Law 4146/2013, offering a renewable five-year Greek residency visa to foreign nationals investing at least 250,000 Euros in residential real estate physically located in Greece. A residence permit is issued for five years, renewable indefinitely (in 5-year periods), provided the real estate property remains owned by the applicant. It's important to note that these residence permits do not grant the right to employment of any type.
