Your eligible dependents includes your parents, parents-in-law, spouse and children above the age of 18 as long as they are enrolled in a continuous education institution and dependent on the main applicant

In accordance with the Hungarian Permanent Residency Act CCXX of 2012, amending Act II of 2007 on the Entry and Residency Requirements of Third-Country Citizens, specifically Article 1(4)4), a third-country citizen's stay in Hungary is deemed "in the interest of the national economy," notably if the applicant verifies ownership of security with a face value of at least EUR 300,000 and a maturity of at least five years. This provision underscores the economic contribution aspect of the residency program.
