About the community
Palm Jebel Ali is one of Dubai's most anticipated man-made islands, adding a special chapter to Nakheel Properties' Palm Islands project with Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Islands. Palm Jumeirah is a waterfront community with upmarket facilities, beaches, and luxury houses, whereas Dubai Islands (previously Deira Islands) is a collection of four islets under construction. After a 2009 hiatus, the Palm Jebel Ali building has resumed with a new proposal to quadruple Palm Jumeirah's size.

Investment Opportunities
Palm Jebel Ali, a Nakheel property, is set to accommodate 35,000 households and is a key component of Dubai's Economic Agenda D33. The 13.4 sq. km. island, twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, will feature pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, smart city technology, and extensive transit options, including cycling and walking trails for a greener environment. The development, with a master plan relaunch in June 2023, aims to include 80 hotels and resorts on seven islands, offering beachfront villas, townhouses, and flats. Nakheel envisions premium waterfront residences with private backyards, pools, and beach access, providing housing and investment opportunities. Connected by bridges to Jebel Ali, the development ensures easy commuting with direct links to JAFZA, Port, and Village, establishing a peaceful mixed-use neighborhood outside the city, with subdistricts like Badrah and Veneto in the nearby Dubai Waterfront residential area.
Leisure & Outdoor Activities
Palm Jebel Ali's master plan includes 80 hotels and resorts, offering a variety of leisure activities and landmarks to future inhabitants and tourists. The nearest and most renowned entertainment area is Dubai Parks and Resorts, including theme parks like Motiongate Dubai, Riverland Dubai, Legoland Dubai, and Legoland Water Park catering to varied interests.
Palm Jebel Ali values seaside living and activity. The neighbourhood will include many waterfront walking, bicycling, and jogging pathways. Community playgrounds will complement the large themed waterpark. Residents can enjoy nighttime coastal walks or barbecues.
