Based on relevant articles of the Law No. 1024-XIV of June 2, 2000, on nationality of the Republic of Moldova, with subsequent changes and amendments, the Government approves regulations on nationality acquisition through investments, as outlined in Appendix No. 1. Furthermore, changes and additions to appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 903 of December 31, 2015, concerning the public organization "Fund of long-term development – Moldova," are also approved according to Appendix No. 2.
