This project is not just about residences — it will also house the first-ever Trump-branded hotel in the UAE. According to Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global:

“This is going to be a bold project. The first 18 floors are dedicated to the Trump super-luxury hotel, followed by two exclusive floors for a Trump-branded members’ only club, with the remaining levels offering premium residences.”

The 80-floor tower is expected to take approximately four years to build, with an additional year factored in as a buffer, aiming for delivery by 2031. The estimated gross development cost is around $1 billion.

For the Trump Organization, this launch is more than just a new project — it’s about completing an ambition that dates back to before the 2008–09 global financial crisis, when plans for a Trump Tower on Palm Jumeirah were shelved.
