Dubai South, the leading aviation and logistics hub in the region, and Aldar Properties, the UAE's premier developer, have announced a groundbreaking partnership to develop Grade A logistics facilities within Dubai South's Logistics District. The agreement, signed in February 2024, paves the way for the construction of modern, high-specification warehouses catering to the evolving needs of the logistics sector. Aldar will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of these facilities, starting with a 24,000 sqm behemoth located strategically near Al Maktoum International Airport. This prime location offers tenants exceptional accessibility and proximity to leading logistics giants like Amazon, Noon, and DHL.
